Everyone is looking for a magic bullet, a superfood or craze to save them from what seems like a never-ending pile of lies, disappointment, and embarrassment that ends up showing in the waistline.
The truth is, there is no magic bullet, no way to get results faster than humanly possible and no latest craze that will get you the results that you have been craving your entire life.
It’s not your fault that you feel like you can’t get results though. You have tried the boot camps, the 8-week challenges, the new diets, the latest phases and crazes, personal trainers and workout plans. You’ve been there, you’ve found that you either failed or got some results then returned back to where you started (or went further back).
That’s okay. You weren’t to know. You weren’t given everything you needed in order to get really reliable results. So you thought that there is no way to get real results - It’s just not for you, you’re not made the same way as those fit people, it’s genetic… Whatever your reasoning is, you have given up deep inside. Every failure has led you down a road of further disbelief and mistrust in “fitness professionals” as they sell you a new boot camp or a program where a trainer is present but not ACTUALLY coaching.
What if I told you there is a secret recipe, a blueprint for getting results in the gym, no matter who you are? You wouldn’t believe me, would you?
The secret is something that most people never discover and most trainers cannot implement. It’s a basic outline of what you can do to get fit, healthy and in the best shape of your life and stay that way for life.
If you can stick to the basics then you can follow through with the rest of the details that we outline in our classes on a regular basis and utilise our expert coaching, development and training then you will be set to be the person you look at in awe when you walk in the gym. In fact, you will suddenly be that person that everyone sees when they walk into the gym and wonder “how are they so fit?”
You need to train around 5 times per week with high intensity, including hitting every weight session with maximum intensity.
Warm up and cool down for mobility and a purpose.
Drink at least 3L of water daily
Do an extra 30 mins of aerobic (slow and steady state) exercise every day
Eat meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds. Some fruit, little starch, and no sugar
Eat until you are 80% full (and then after some water and some time, if you’re still hungry eat more)
That’s it. That’s the secret to getting in shape and staying healthy. Is it easy? Definitely not. But just imagine what it would be like to go to the gym and feel comfortable, confident and know that what you are doing is getting results.
