Group CrossFit classes are as follows:

Mon 4.15am, 5.30am, 6.45am, 8.45am, 4.30pm, 5.45pm

Tue: 4.15am, 5.30am, 6.45am, 8.45am, 4.30pm, 5.45pm

Wed: 4.15am, 5.30am, 6.45am, 8.45am, 4.30pm, 5.45pm

Thu: 4.15am, 5.30am, 6.45am, 8.45am, 4.30pm, 5.45pm

Fri: 4.15am, 5.30am, 6.45am, 8.45am, 4.30pm

Sat: 6.30am

Jimboomba Barbell Club (Weightlifting) sessions are Tues and Thurs at 6.45pm, and Sat morning at 7.30am.

CrossFit Kids classes are Mon and Wed at 3.45pm

CrossFit Seniors classes are Mon, Wed, Fri at 10.15am
