class schedule

Group CrossFit classes are as follows:

Mon 4.15am, 5.30am, 6.45am, 9am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 7.00pm

Tue: 4.15am, 5.30am, 6.45am, 9am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm

Wed: 4.15am, 5.30am, 6.45am, 9am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 7.00pm

Thu: 4.15am, 5.30am, 6.45am, 9am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm

Fri: 4.15am, 5.30am, 6.45am 9am, 4.30pm

Sat: 6.30am

Jimboomba Barbell Club (Weightlifting) sessions are Tues and Thurs at 6.30pm, and Sat morning at 7.30am.

CrossFit Lite classes are Mon-Fri 8.30am-9am; Mon-Thur: 6.30pm-7pm; Sat 7.45am-8.15am

CrossFit Kids classes are Mon-Thurs at 3.45pm

CrossFit Seniors classes are Mon, Wed, Fri at 10.15am
