HEAD TRAINER
TRAINER PROFILE
I first found CrossFit in 2011. I had already been training regularly at the gym and was getting ok results from a cross training type of methodology that I had learnt previously. However, I then came across CrossFit and it seemed a bit different to what I was used to so I tried it. After doing my first CrossFit workout I was hooked. It was completely different to the type of training I had previously been doing and after seeing the benefits of the CrossFit method for myself, I couldn’t stop.

I have a traditional martial arts background and special interests in Karate, taekwondo, kickboxing, weightlifting, powerlifting and pretty much any sport that is challenging to the body. I have over 10 years experience coaching individuals in both a group and personal 1 on 1 setting.

When I'm not in the gym, I often get outdoors to use the fitness that I have gained through CrossFit and go rock climbing, paddle boarding, kayaking and hiking. Pretty much anything outdoors and I'm into it.

Expanding my knowledge of the human body and how it reacts to physical stress is an ongoing quest of mine.

My athletes are my number one priority and if it’s not safe, I won't let you do it.
