Positive Mindset Workshops - 3 part series. Attend 1, 2 or the whole series! Each workshop runs for 2 hours (6.30pm to 8.30pm)
Workshop 1: Wed 22 May. Workshop 2: Wed 5 June. Workshop 3: Wed 19 June 2019.
Led by Debbie Thurlow. Debbie is a registered Psychologist and Teacher and has worked with a wide variety of people over the last decade. She commenced training as a member at CrossFit Flourish nearly three years ago and has joined the coaching staff in 2019. Debbie is passionate about positive psychology and how it can have huge benefits for everyone in general life and particularly in relation to overall health.
The series is designed to support participants in taking control of their lives through psychological strategies. The workshops will focus on goal setting, mindset and cognitions, gratitude and mindfulness. Each workshop builds on the previous session and provides practical ways to improve your life and flourish.
