About The Event
The FFF Challenge is the annual Birthday celebration of CrossFit Flourish, 8 years, and going STRONG!
The FFF is a friendly inhouse pairs competition, partner up with your gym buddies, don't worry if you are new and haven't yet made any long lasting buddies yet as we will find you the perfect teammate.
The divisions will cater to EVERYONE. If you train here at ANY level we will have a WORKOUT for YOU! MM/FF/MF pairs including our Teen and Senior Members.
This year be ready for even more FUN, I hear the CIRCUS/CARNIVAL is in town!
The FFF challenge is a celebration of Fun, Fitness and Family. Find yourself a partner, come up with an awesome team name and get ready to have a blast!
Be sure to respond to the event on our facebook page so we can keep you up to date with movement standards etc as they are released. The start and finish times are approximate only and will depend on the number of teams we have/waves etc.
