2020 FFF Challenge
Our annual in-house competition and birthday celebration is back this year! The FFF Challenge is a teams format - pairs of any gender - catering for beginners, right through to advanced athletes (yes you are all athletes!).

About The Event
Our annual in-house competition is back again this year. It's a teams format (pairs of any gender) , catering for beginners, right through to advanced athletes (yes you are all athletes!) Â The FFF challenge is a celebration of Fun, Fitness and Family the way we know best!
Be sure to respond to the event on our facebook page so we can keep you up to date with movement standards etc as they are released. The start and finish times are approximate only and will depend on the number of teams we have/waves etc.

Team Registration
Registration fee is $60 per team ($30 per person) and includes a 2020 FFF Challenge t-shirt/tank for each team member and a $10 donation to a chosen charity per team. Flourish will match all team entry donations.
