GROUP ELEMENTS

Everyone that starts with us goes through our 5 session introductory programme (called Elements). Normally Elements is undertaken privately via one-on-one sessions with our Trainers. However, from time to time we offer special small group Elements courses which are a great way to meet a few other newbies as well as save a few dollars in the process too.

OUR NEXT GROUP ELEMENTS STARTS:

MON 4th FEB

Session dates/times are as follows (you must be able to attend all sessions):

  • Mon 4th Feb 4.15am

  • Wed 6th Feb 4.15am

  • Fri 8th Feb 4.15am

  • Mon 11th Feb 4.15am

  • Wed 13th Feb 4.15am

Included in the cost of the Elements course is one week of Unlimited membership for you to continue on and try out the regular classes.

Cost for the Group Elements is $195 (normally $250 if undertaken privately)

Got other questions? Perhaps you might find the answers here:

1. The times/days don't suit me.

You can undertake our Elements course privately at any time. It costs a little bit more but might fit in with your schedule better. To get started privately book an appointment to come and see us here. Or you can wait to see when we next offer a group course although they are held irregularly.

2. I need to be fit before I can start.

Thats what we are for. To help you get fit. Some of our best results have been with people who had never stepped foot inside a gym before.

3. I have bad knees/pre-existing injury. Will it be suitable for me?

Provided you have the all clear from your doctors to undertake physical activity you will be fine. Everything we do has a multitude of options so if you can't do it one way, there is like a suitable substitution or alternative.

4. Do you have someone to watch my kids while I workout?

Unfortunately no and small children are not permitted in our gym without fulltime adult supervision.

5. What if I'm not very strong?

Everyone starts off learning to do the weightlifting component with a broomstick. If you can lift a broomstick you will be fine!

6. What should I wear?
