About The Event
Our annual in-house competition is back again this year. It's a teams format (pairs of any gender) , catering for beginners, right through to advanced athletes (yes you are all athletes!) and this year we also have a Seniors Division!!
The FFF challenge is a celebration of Fun, Fitness and Family. Find yourself a partner, come up with an awesome team name and get ready to have a blast!
Be sure to respond to the event on our facebook page so we can keep you up to date with movement standards etc as they are released. The start and finish times are approximate only and will depend on the number of teams we have/waves etc.
